When will my salary be in my account?
We are now able to use the Fast Payment Service at HSBC (our bankers) which means that payments should show in your account immediately. If you are a full time employee, your salary will be paid by midnight on the 27th of each month, whichever day the 27th falls on in the week (even if it is a weekend).
This will ensure that your salary is always in your bank account for the 28th of each month.
How do I book time off?
Firstly please do not book a holiday before speaking to your manager to ensure that it fits in with the rest of your team and also any events that we may be involved in. If your manager agrees your holiday, please obtain a holiday form from Linda Bennett, complete it, sign it and then ask your manager to sign it. Your manager will return it to Linda so that your holiday can be put on the calendar.
Business Mileage
If you have to use your own car for business mileage, you can claim 40p per mile (subject to prior approval).
If you have a company car, you can claim business mileage at 11p per mile.
